Since Paul and Jane became proprietors of the Grey Horse in 2007 the Inn has featured in the Campaign for Real Ale’s (CAMRA) Good Beer Guide . Indeed the Grey Horse is south-west Edinburgh’s real ale pub.
We always have five real ales on offer. The three regular ales are Caledonian’s Deuchars IPA (3.8%abv), Morland’s Old Speckled Hen (4.5%abv) and Inveralmond Brewery’s Ossian (4.1%abv).
We also have two guest taps, which feature a variety of the best real ales from around Britain. Pub favourites include Fyne Ales’ Jarl, Premium Kentish Ale’s Spitfire, and of course Theakston’s Old Peculiar!
